Return Policy
Everyone at Howlin Owl Coffee, is dedicated to provide Coffee that fills your cup with exactly what you need every time you brew. But, we understand that sometimes, and for unexpected reasons, things just don’t click! This may be especially true n the world of Specialty Coffee which is influenced by so many different earthly elements and conditions.
Coffee is perishable and our beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on our coffee, whole bean, or ground. Have no fear…we are dedicated to bringing you the be best of our craft! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at returns@howlinowlcoffee.com within 10 days of your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with your coffee, one of our roasters will help you find one of our products that does fit your palette.
If your purchase arrives damaged Please email us at returns@howlinowlroasters.com with your order number (or shipping address) AND INCLUDE A PHOTO of the damaged item and packaging (along with a photo of the shipping box) so we can assist you and report this to our Shipping team. We'll get you straightened out as quickly as we can!
Canceling Orders
Our orders process immediately, so please reach out as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order, we would like the courtisy of the cancelation to be within 15 hours. Please send your request to return@howlinowlcoffee.com if you would like to cancel an order. Please, we can’t guarantee your order will be cancelled prior to shipping but we will do our best to make any changes requested! If a request to cancel is timely, in order to speed up the process, be sure to have available and include your order number if you reach out.
